Return Policy

At Hollywood Diva, we strive to ensure you’re happy with your purchase! However, all sales are final, and we offer store credit only for eligible returns. Please review the details below.


Policy Overview

  • No Refunds or Exchanges: Refunds or direct exchanges are not offered.
  • Store Credit Only: Approved returns will receive store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Eligibility for Store Credit

Timeframe:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Returns requested after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Condition of Items:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, stains, or damage will not qualify for store credit.

Exclusions:

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for store credit.

Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit amount.

How to Request a Return

  • Package the item(s) securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include your order number and a copy of the original receipt.

3. Ship Your Return:

  • Ship the return to the address provided in our confirmation email.
  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Store Credit Details

  • Store credit will be issued via email as a gift card code within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
